Steep rocky south-facing hillsides, together with warm days and cool nights, have helped create this luscious and lovely dry white wine. Pale gold in color with subtle aromas of peach, pineapple, honeydew, and jasmine with hints of oak, this Viognier has a long smooth finish bringing back memories of warm summer days. Enjoy on its own or with light chicken or seafood dishes. Also pairs well with mild spiced dishes.

Pale straw in color, this wine has an aroma of honeysuckle, tropical fruits, melon, kiwi and grapefruit that are typical of a Viognier. The initial sweetness has papaya flavors, followed by pineapple and grapefruit on the rich mid palette. The Roussanne rounds out a long finish of subtle oak and minerality. Cold Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Neutral oak ovals on the lees. Color is yellow-green, relatively pale for our Viognier. Quite an exuberant nose with gardenia, honeysuckle, white jasmine and melon. Medium bodied, very focused, but not at all heavy. Flavors of pomelo, grapefruit and guava –ripe. Refined and elegant in style with an alertness given by the acidity.
